Residence Attendees: 6 properties were in attendance with PNC bank representative absent
Call to Order: Meeting was called to order 7:12pm.
Minutes:
Angelo Bocato Attorney discussed present situation and reviewed process to date and purpose of the meeting.
· Items such as homeowners insurance and liabilities were discussed. The addition of increased pressure will be looked over.
· Tom is going to check with Association Insurance company concerning liabilities after curb stop valve.
· Membership signature with Randy Carl and Bylaws Member vs. Non-Member, selling water.
· Amendment to master deed will investigated by Attorney.
· Dual signature with Board members and residents and legal agreement.
· Copies Articles of Incorporation have been requested by residents.
