Call to Order: Meeting was called to order Bob Moschella 7:12pm.
Minutes – Chris Cartwright read minutes from 3/4/03 Board meeting.
Acceptance on Minutes: Rich made motion to accept and Bob seconded the motion for meeting notes 3/25/03. Tom signed the minutes and put in his files.
Treasure report – Provided by Rich Stopa
· Bank CD’s Total = $46,071.79
· Money Market = $30,443.03
· Cash on hand = $762.66
· Outstanding Balance Due = $ 5,326.58
· Cash Received = $ 42,597.50
· New Loan Checking Account = $ 2,936.68
· 2003 Interest To Date = $38.06
· 2003 Expenses to Date = $34,383.17
· CD Interest = $461.22
· System Upgrade Project Payment =$51,379.88
· Income From Loan Requisitions = $54,438.00
· Infrastructure Loan Balance = $ 1,069,562
Old Business:
o Lien Update - 3 Wildwood lien.. Paperwork has not comeback to Tom detailing lein has been placed from county. Still OUTSTANDING FROM COUNTY. Lien has been recorded and county in now up to November paperwork. Paperwork has come back
o Jeff has paperwork for 1066 form for all contractors to fill out.
New Business:
· New billing policy and interest billing problem discussed at meeting. Review of billing policy still undecided. Tom will check out Paterson billing policy. Pat suggested to change billing mailed out 1st of every month.
o Meeting with attorney reviewed and line to be added on membership application. Still no signed application sent back with requesting membership as of 4/25/03. Lawyer meeting will be scheduled for 5/8.
o Bylaw changes were reviewed and approved by Board. Issue on membership still not resolved.
o Repair costs $1,403.74 for 2” line under below of tank – Andover Pump Company did repair. Tom needs to call Bob Mooney to discuss labor charges.
o DEP has bid package and drawing for review. Rich looked over and adjusted hydrant total. A total of 19 hydrants will be placed with new system. New hydrants will not have a fire rating due to pressure.
o New association computer has been purchased. Rich needs to bring to all meetings. Lap top is a Del laptop $2,200.
o Stires resident water will be shut terminated May 1st. Tom will send another before 5/1/03.
