Call to Order: Meeting was called to order Bob Moschella 7:12pm.
Minutes – Chris Cartwright read minutes from 2/11/02 Board meeting.
Acceptance on Minutes: Rich. made motion to accept and Bob seconded the motion for meeting notes 2/11/03. Tom signed the minutes and put in his files.
Treasure report – Provided by Rich Stopa
· Bank CD’s Total = $46,071.79
· Money Market = $12,589.06
· Cash on hand = $2,449.56
· Outstanding Balance Due = $ 13, 502.91
· Cash Received = $ 21,138.64 YTD
· New Loan Checking Account = $ 6,940.18
· 2003 Interest To Date = $28.18
· 2003 Expenses to Date = $27,332.85
· System Upgrade Project Payment =$25,460.29
· Income From Loan Requisitions = $32,500.00
Old Business:
o Lien Update - 3 Wildwood lien.. Paperwork has not comeback to Tom detailing lein has been placed from county. Still OUTSTANDING FROM COUNTY. Lien has been recorded and county in now up to November paperwork.
o Billing – laptop and program has been approved at general meeting 1/22/03. Tom will sign paperwork to lease laptop. New billing program has been put on hold.
o Issuing of 1099’s and possibility of state auditing association on checks paid was discusses again. Pat researched this issue anything over $600 need to be sent a 1099. Paperwork need to be updated a 1066 form. Jeff will look into. Additional information is coming.
New Business: Tom sent letters certified mail and applied liens to below property.
o Tom is meeting with attorney to discuss Randy Carl situation. Tom suggested attorney to put letter together communicating situation of last seven homes on Brookwood Drive. Regarding deed information with North Jersey Reality. Situation will be discussed at April meeting.
o Meeting on 3-26 with attorney Bob Binefield . 10-22-02 told us payment was $80,000 but actual is $84,000. Loan payment will vary but all remain the end in the same. Binfield will suggest with NJ to be able to pay a lower amount and higher as loan proceeds. Bob is getting back to Tom.
o Bond for $75,000 will cover the entire board with a cost of $200.00 yearly but needs a copy of the Bylaws.
o $4,022.48 a total cost for Randy Carl legal fees. Tom will discuss with Angelo with meeting. Angelo is suggesting to take a stance and have Randy prove his case in court.
o Rich made a motion to hire lawyer to reclaim any fees associated with Randy Carl situation and was not seconded by a board member. Tom will communicate this to all residents.
o Two accounts have exceeded to $300 threshold, these residents are 24 Woodsedge Rd and 6 Brookwood Rd.
o Fred Yorg has been paid in full thru December 31st approximately $25,460.29.
o Phone lines have increased in price of $5.00 per month.
o Shell Oil Company has taken water samples.
Loan Update:
· Remaining Balance = $1,077,972.00
· Borrowed = $1,124,00
· Expenses were for administration expenses and designs.
