Call to Order: Meeting was called to order Bob Moschella 7:29am.
Minutes - Chris read minutes from 11/3/03 Board meeting.
Acceptance on Minutes: Rich made motion to accept and Bob seconded the motion for meeting notes 12/3/03. Tom signed the minutes and put in his files.

New Business:
1) Tom signed the paperwork to put the lien on Frieman property.
2) Association received Hamil’s membership agreement.
3) Tom has a call into Fred Yorg to discuss bid package. A letter was distributed from Fred Yorg about not needing a diversion permit. Rich still has a problem with not getting a diversion permit.
4) Tom will go to the by storage company and get a better deal on the price of the storage shed.
5) Tom held back on BPU regulation process with the hopes of getting more of the distributed homeowners to sign the paperwork.
6) A letter was read from Carol Tarnowski about late payment due to only getting paid once per month. Also in the letter was a request to wave the interest outstanding on her account. Tom will send a letter to apologize to the homeowner.
7) Nitrate and Nitrite levels wells, #1 has dropped to 8.09 and well #2 Mountain Ave 3.48%. Rest of the primary and secondary VOc’s are well within the limits. DEP is probably going to classify us VOC & Nitrates to annual instead of quarterly.
8) Board sent out letters to thank everyone that participated in the Halloween Parade.
9) Tom will send a letter to the residents communicating to all homeowners the new board.
10) 221224420 is our federal Tax Id #
11) Tom needs to get a WR30 report and IRS 940 and fill out paperwork.
12) Bob was presented a plaque for his service on the board all these years.
13) Next meeting date will be 1/14/04.
