Call to Order: Meeting was called to order Bob Moschella 7:22pm.
Minutes – Chris read minutes from 10/103 Board meeting.
Acceptance on Minutes: Rich made motion to accept and Bob seconded the motion for meeting notes 10/1/03. Tom signed the minutes and put in his files.

Old Business:
o Lien Update - 3 Wildwood liens. Complete
New Business:
1) Two residents have not paid their bills (Stires & Freeman). Stires currently has a lien but Freeman does not. Freeman will be getting a lien and shut off will be done Tuesday 11/11/03.
2) Certified letters were sent to the following 10/18/03
a. Two residents received termination certified letters Stires & Freeman Water shut off will be done 11/11/03. Tom will be getting wrench from Rich to terminate water service due to unpaid balances and lack of communication to Board of any financial concerns.
b. Residents that received certified letters due to delinquent payments.

3) Liberty Mutual, Tom has to fill out questions.
4) Membership agreements will be sent back to PNC Bank, Schellneck & Toney. These will be recorder the Sussex County Courthouse.
5) Letters read for Fred Yorg and Angelo detailing Byram Township has approved the same paving for West Brookwood as East Brookwood. If town engineer or town attorney has to get involved the township will charge to E.B.E.P.O.A. Board has approved the contract and voted to approve the same terms.
6) Tom spoke with Fred Yorg and the project will start in the spring of 2004 bids will be going out end of 2003. Fred was waiting for signed contract with the town to place in the contractors bid package.
7) Tom spoke with Fred and he some concerns about up to date equipment with our new water system. Rich previously wanted to use older versions of equipment and Fred has wants all new equipment with the water system.
8) Tom received a foreclosure letter for Tuscano property.
9) A storage unit will be rented for all files and signs. Currently there are files in different locations. Tom will be going to Stanhope Storage to inquirer about renting a storage unit.
10) Tom proposed spending up to $3,000 for attorney fees on B.P.U regulations. Cost will not exceed this amount.
