The East Brookwood Estates Property Owners Association was formed primarily for the purpose of:

1. Maintaining the present and future character of the East Brookwood Estates community situated in Byram Township, Sussex County, New Jersey.
2. Sponsoring special events & recreational activities for Association members.
3. Providing potable water to all members of the Association.
4. Maintaining all Association owned property.
5. Managing Association Funds.
6. Ensuring required testing is performed on well water.
7. Providing detailed information on Association activities.
8. Scheduling and chairing Association meetings.
